| All brokers and sales associates are required to complete 24 hrs of approved course work every 2 yr renewal period. Of these hrs a min. of 3 hrs must be completed in each of the following 6 categories (18 hrs of mandatory courses): agency law, contract law, commissionser's standards, real estate legal issues, fair housing, and disclosure.
The remaining 6 hrs are elective (general category).
Brokers are required to attend a 3 hr Broker management clinic once every 2 yrs. |
